This signature will provide extra protection as it makes one's wallet unhackable even if one has been tricked into revealing their key. For real estate investing, they provide tokens on various blockchains in a peer-to-peer trading module to provide liquidity to their investors restricted within that initial group of investors. If issuers want to go further than that, they can plug them into exchanges. So they take care of everything from A to Z, regarding the technology side of things, so that people don't have to hire an army of coders and build a platform from scratch.
