Tim shares his apprehension about going back to real estate investing as he witnessed how everyone he knew who was into real estate lost everything through the crash. So he got into different jobs and started a video production company to veer away from real estate. Surprisingly, he had most production jobs in real estate investing, slowly bringing his interest back. Eventually, he ran across land investing by talking to a client, which required him to research land flipping. He tiptoed his way back by buying a three-acre piece in Arizona for 1800 bucks and became an expert in land flipping since then. About Tim Krause…

Tim Krause has been in and around real estate for the past 20 years. It started when he was 13 years old and worked as a handyman in his Opa’s apartment complexes. From 2005-8, he helped his parents flip about 14 houses. In 2007, he got his real estate license, and only a year later, he watched his parents lose everything after the 2008 housing market crash. After that, he tried many different jobs, swearing he would never return to real estate. About 11 years later, he quit his latest job and started his own video production company. He continued that business for three years, mainly working for real estate professionals. It reignited a drive to get into real estate again, so he started a land investing business in January 2020. He had since become enough of an expert to be featured in an interview and several real estate investing space podcasts in sharing his tips.

Overall, he focuses on how to give the most value to his lenders, sellers, and buyers.
